02Information we do not collect
We do not ask for or keep information that identifies you: no name, email address, phone number, home address, identity document, or card or bank details.
We recommend choosing a nickname that does not reveal your real name.
03Information we keep
When you create an account, we keep your nickname, the date you joined, your password and the security question you chose with its answer. Your password and your answer are saved in a one-way protected form: nobody, including us, can read them.
When you place an order, we keep the products, quantities, prices, the payment option, the date, the order reference and its status. If you order without an account, the order is not linked to any customer, and its reference and access key are saved only in your browser so you can open it again there.
If you leave a review, we keep its rating, text and date. Reviews are published as “Verified buyer”, without your nickname.
04How we use and protect it
We use this information only to let you sign in, reset a forgotten password, show you your orders, attend them and protect this website against abuse. We do not sell it, share it for advertising or use it for marketing.
Orders are stored encrypted. Our security log records sign-ins and password resets with an anonymous connection code instead of your IP address. Payments are not processed on this website, so no payment details reach it.
06Retention and your choices
We keep your account and orders so you can see your order history. Your cart stays in your browser until you empty it or clear this site's data.
In My account you can change your password and your security question, and sign out of other devices. Orders placed without an account can be removed from your browser. Never share your password or the answer to your security question with anyone, including us.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information. To make a request, contact us through the channels shown on this website and include your nickname or order reference.
