Once the software is installed, your computer must stay as it is. Any change to the computer, or uninstalling or modifying the software, voids the license and the warranty.
01Remote installation
All our software installation services are performed remotely. To connect to your computer we only use remote access tools: TeamViewer, AnyDesk or UltraViewer. A stable internet connection is required during the whole installation.
Our service covers the installation of the software only. When the installation is finished, we delete the files that were downloaded to your computer for it.
02Software details and licenses
Each software has its own details: version, supported vehicles or equipment, operating system, interface and license time. Read them carefully before you order.
Some licenses may have an expiration date, so it is important to check the details of each software.
03Specific models
Each software works with its own database of vehicles, models and equipment. By placing an order, you accept that if a specific model is not included in that database, it cannot be added.
If you are buying the software for a specific model, let us know before you order so we can check that the software includes it.
04After the installation
We can fully identify whether an installation was made by us, and whether the computer has had any changes since then.
Once the software is installed, the computer must not have any changes, for example replacing parts or reinstalling the operating system. Any change to the computer voids the license and the warranty.
05Warranty
We offer a warranty on the software that covers any problem related to how it works. The warranty does not cover:
- Hardware problems.
- Changes made to your computer.
- Viruses or malware on your computer.
- Cases where the software has been uninstalled or modified.
This warranty does not limit any rights you have under the law that applies to you.
06Orders and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). When you place an order you receive an order reference. The payment is arranged with us after you place the order.
An order reference is not proof of payment. Once your payment is confirmed, we arrange the remote installation with you through our contact channels.
07Use of this website
Use this website lawfully. Do not interfere with it or try to access it without authorization.
